• Vendor coordination (background checks, administrator certification, food manager, etc.)
• Staff training materials and emergency binder setup
• Extended consulting (up to 8 total hours)

💡 Final cost depends on bed count, facility size, and material requirements.

3. ONSITE SETUP ADD-ON — $500

For hands-on readiness and compliance setup.

Includes:

• Physical binder setup with labeled sections
• Room labeling, signage, and admission packet preparation
• Facility walk-through and documentation organization

PAYMENT TERMS & TIMELINE

• 🕒 Standard Process Duration: Minimum 6 months, allowing full setup and state processing without rush fees.

• Remaining balance divided into monthly payments during the 6-month process.
